- Transaction & Payout Information: To facilitate secure payments and payouts:
- For Seekers (Renters): When you pay the platform unlock fee, your payment is processed securely by our industry-leading, RBI-compliant payment partners (e.g., Razorpay). We do not store your credit/debit card numbers or UPI PINs on our servers.
- For Owners: To transfer your earnings directly to you, we securely collect and store your designated payout details (such as Bank Account details or UPI ID). This data is strictly used for the sole purpose of depositing your earnings and is securely stored within our protected ecosystem.
- Usage & Device Data: Like most modern websites, our servers automatically log basic technical information (such as anonymized IP addresses and browser types) to optimize our platform's speed and protect against malicious bot attacks.
2. How We Use Your Information

- To connect verified property owners with genuine seekers.
- To process payments, hold escrow securely, and complete payouts to owners.
